2 cups of Chicken Broth (1 regular size or 2 small bouillon cubes)
400g Sliced Sauteed Carrots
1 Thin Slice of Ginger
1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 cup (80g Diced Onions)
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Thai Curry Powder
1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
Pinch of Salt

Add some parsley or shredded carrots as a garnish on top of the soup
