Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Peanut Butter
3/4 cup (170g) Butter at Room Temperature
2 Eggs and 1 Yolk at Room Temperature
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1-1/2 cup (270g) Chocolate Chips
Bake for 12 minutes in the oven at 350 °F
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes
Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and let them rest until they have completely cooled
Notes: Take the eggs and butter out of the refrigerator and let them sit on the counter for 2 hours as it is important that the eggs and butter be at room temperature before making the recipe. I prefer to weigh out my butter using a kitchen scale.
