Dalgona Candy

Ingredients
2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
1/4 of 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
Instructions
Add 2 level tablespoons of cane sugar
Set the burner temperature to just above medium heat (see video)
Watch to see when the sugar begins to liquify (about 3 minutes) then stir until all sugar is dissolved
Add in 1/4 of 1/8 of a teaspoon of baking soda (very small amount)
Remove the pan from the stove and quickly stir for about 2 minutes to remove the bubbles
Pour the sugar solution onto some parchment paper
Press a flat metal object onto the top of the candy and hold for a few seconds
Remove the metal press and stamp your favorite cutter shape into the top surface of the dalgona candy
Wait at least 5 minutes before removing the cookie from the surface of the parchment paper
Store your candies in a plastic zip-lock bag or an airtight container
Note: The secret to making this delicious candy is timing. Be patient and you will get a perfect candy.
