28 fl. oz. Roma Tomatoes
6 fl. oz. Tomato Paste
6 fl. oz. Water
5 Minced Garlic Cloves
5 tbsp. Cane Sugar
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
Diced Onions
Freshly Chopped Basil
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Ground Pepper
Chopped Mushrooms
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

350g Italian TIPO “00” Pasta Flour
4 Whole Eggs
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Filtered Water (add only if the dough is dry and not workable)
